Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process to ensure tracked and insured transit.
Pack the Gear
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure shipping box, ensuring all original hangtags are included and the new shipping label is clearly visible.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
